With over 27 years of experience in education, Bridget Antonucci has dedicated her career to empowering students, families, and schools through inclusive practices and equitable access to learning. As a Nationally Certified Educational Diagnostician (NCED), Learning Disabilities Teacher-Consultant, and former Director of Special Services, Bridget brings a deep understanding of special education systems, compliance requirements, and individualized supports that lead to meaningful student outcomes.

Bridget’s work is rooted in collaboration and advocacy. She partners directly with families and students to interpret evaluations, navigate the special education process, and secure appropriate services that align with each learner’s strengths and needs. Her compassionate, family-centered approach ensures that parents feel supported and empowered, and that students’ voices are heard throughout the decision-making process.

As a district leader, she has guided Child Study Teams, directed special services programs, and developed inclusive preschool and intervention models grounded in Multiple Tiered Systems of Support through interventions. Her leadership is defined by data-informed decision-making, transparent communication, and a commitment to building strong connections between home, school, and community.

Beyond schools, Bridget extends her advocacy into the workplace, assisting civil service professionals in securing accommodations and accessibility supports for promotional exams and employment success. Through Lotus Special Education Solutions, she combines technical expertise with compassionate guidance—helping families, educators, and organizations navigate every aspect of special education and inclusion with clarity and confidence.
